摘  要:BIM技术正推动建筑行业向数字化转型升级,如何有效运用该技术提升暖通空调系统设计效率已成为行业重要课题。以某高校创新中心为研究对象,提出基于BIM的暖通空调系统标准化设计方法:将暖通空调系统按动力设备类型划分为数个子系统,并将各动力设备及其辅助部件作为BIM环境下的标准件模块,通过BIM标准件模块合并或衍生等方式完成BIM集成化模块的开发,最后将BIM集成化模块通过管线连接,进而实现暖通空调系统在BIM环境下的设计。为BIM技术在暖通空调设计中的标准化应用提供了可操作的实践路径。BIM technology is driving the construction industry towards digital transformation,and how to effectively utilize this technology to improve the design efficiency of HVAC systems has an important topic in the industry.This paper takes a university's innovation center as the research object and proposes a standardized design method for HVAC systems based on BIM:divide the HVAC system into several subsystems according to the type of power equipment,and treat each power equipment and its auxiliary parts as standard components in the BIM environment.Through the merging or derivation of BIM standard components,the development of BIM integrated modules is completed,and finally,the BIM integrated modules are connected through pipelines to realize the design of HVAC systems in the BIM environment.This research method provides a practical path for the standardized application of BIM technology in HVAC design.
