摘 要:工业化是提升民居性能的重要途径。针对传统建筑建造及使用过程中能耗过高的问题,设计开发了模块化装配式钢结构建筑,集成了屋顶光伏、采光遮阳、节能门窗等各项被动式节能技术,并采用模拟软件进行采光通风分析。通过多学科交叉研究,提出一种钢结构装配式模块化乡村宜居房的设计建造模式。可以有效降低建筑在建造及使用过程中的能耗,实现建筑全生命周期内绿色低碳的目标,为钢结构装配式模块化技术在乡村民居更新中的应用提供参考。Industrialization is an important way to improve the performance of residential buildings.Aiming at the problem of excessive energy consumption during the construction and use of traditional buildings,modular prefabricated steel structure buildings are designed and developed,and various passive energy-saving technologies such as rooftop photovoltaic,lighting shading,energy-saving doors and windows are integrated and designed,and simulation software is used for lighting and ventilation analysis.Through multidisciplinary cross-research,a design and construction mode of steel structure prefabricated modular rural livable house is proposed.It can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings during construction and use,achieve the goal of green and low-carbon in the whole life cycle of buildings,and provide a reference for the application of steel structure assembly modular technology in rural residential renewal.
