摘  要:BIM技术逐渐成为建筑领域新的发展动力与前景,作为建筑领域不可或缺的暖通空调系统基于BIM技术开展工程设计已成为当下暖通空调领域的热点。提出单元构件数、操作步骤数、机械操作量3种暖通空调系统设计工效评价指标,并以某高校创新中心暖通空调系统为例,对比分析了传统计算机辅助设计(CAD)与BIM环境下上述3种设计工效评价指标。对比结果表明:CAD环境下所构建的单元构件数、所需的操作步骤数、所执行的机械操作量分别是BIM环境下的11、14、2.4倍,表明BIM技术在暖通空调系统工程设计方面具有高效的特点。Building information modeling(BIM)technology has gradually become a new driving force and prospect in the field of architecture.As an indispensable HVAC system in the construction industry,engineering design based on BIM technology has become a hot topic in the current HVAC field.This article proposes three design efficiency evaluation indicators for the design of HVAC systems:the number of unit components,the number of operation steps,and the amount of mechanical operation.Taking the HVAC system of an innovation center in a certain university as an example,the above three design efficiency evaluation indicators are compared and analyzed in traditional CAD and BIM environments.The comparison results show that the number of unit components constructed,the required number of operation steps,and the amount of mechanical operations performed in the CAD environment are 11,14,and 2.4 times higher than those in the BIM environment,respectively.This indicates that BIM technology has efficient characteristics in HVAC system engineering design.
