摘 要:针对基于BIM的建造阶段碳排放评估存在的模型不精确、信息不完整、边界不清晰、流程不智能等问题,提出一种适配不同建模精度BIM模型的碳排放评估方法。通过前处理模块的信息补全、明确计算边界、优化计算流程等步骤,实现对模糊构件的快速批量化处理,采取灵活的材料清单(BoQ)获取方法和适配的碳排放因子数据库,补全分部分项工程和施工阶段信息,实现碳排放快速完整评估与优化。开发基于BIM的碳排放评估系统,并通过实例分析验证了其在实际项目中的计算效率和应用效果,结果表明其可实现BIM模型的通用化覆盖,拓宽在碳排放评估中的应用范围,有助于实现工程建设各参与方的全生命期碳排放协同管理。To address the issues of imprecise models,incomplete information,unclear boundaries,and inefficient processes in BIM-based carbon emission assessment during the construction phase,a carbon emission assessment method adaptable to BIM models of different levels of modeling accuracy is proposed.This method includes steps such as information completion,boundary clarification,and process optimization through preprocessing modules to achieve rapid batch processing of ambiguous components.It utilizes a flexible Bill of Quantities(BoQ)retrieval method and a tailored carbon emission factor database to supplement detailed subproject and construction phase information,enabling fast and comprehensive carbon emission assessment and optimization.A BIM-based carbon emission assessment system is developed,and case studies are conducted to verify its computational efficiency and practical effectiveness in real projects.Results indicate that the system enables universal BIM model coverage,expands its application in carbon emission assessment,and contributes to collaborative,full-lifecycle carbon emission management among all construction project participants.
