寒冷地区绿色建筑全生命周期碳排放分析——以天津市8个绿色建筑项目为例

摘  要:梳理了现阶段关于建筑全生命周期内各个阶段的碳排放计算方法,针对现阶段建筑普遍缺乏碳排放计算所需的全生命周期完整数据的情况,从相关研究中选取各阶段合适的碳排放计算方法。以天津市8个绿色建筑项目为例,对其进行全生命周期的碳排放计算。经过分析发现:绿色建筑的单位面积年碳排放量为53.60~92.24 kgCO_(2)/(m^(2)·a),其中运行阶段是碳排放比例最高的阶段,平均占比为84.71%;其次为建材生产阶段,平均占比为14.95%;建造阶段和建材运输阶段占比均不到1%。公共建筑的单位面积碳排放量高于居住建筑,尤其是运行阶段的单位面积碳排放量明显高于居住建筑。在建材生产阶段,公共建筑单位面积碳排放量与占比均显著低于居住建筑。This article sorts out the current carbon emission calculation methods for each phase within the whole life cycle of buildings.In response to the general lack of whole life cycle data required for carbon emission calculations in buildings at the current phase,appropriate carbon emission calculation methods for each phase are selected from relevant research.Taking eight green building projects located in Tianjin as examples,the carbon emissions throughout their whole life cycles are calculated.The analysis reveals that the annual carbon emission per unit area of green buildings ranges from 53.60 to 92.24 kgCO_(2)/(m^(2)·a),with the operation phase accounting for the highest proportion of carbon emissions,averaging 84.71%;followed by the building material production phase,with an average proportion of 14.95%;both the construction phase and the building material transportation phase account for less than 1%.The carbon emission per unit area of public buildings is higher than that of residential buildings,especially during the operation phase,where the carbon emission per unit area is significantly higher than that of residential buildings.However,in the building material production phase,the carbon emission per unit area and proportion of public buildings are significantly lower than those of residential buildings.
