摘 要:高校食堂的室内热舒适度普遍不容乐观,深入探析食堂建筑的室内热环境,对于在建造阶段选择恰当的被动式设计策略具有重要意义。通过在寒冷地区过渡季结合现场环境测量和主观问卷调查,研究了某高校食堂的室内热环境水平,并对其热环境数据和主观问卷调查结果进行了回归分析。通过实际热感觉投票值(TSV)对预测平均投票值(PMV)预测指标进行修正得出用餐人群热舒适范围。得出在寒冷地区过渡季食堂建筑的PMV修正范围为-1.51~0.81,食堂空间中性温度为21.7 ℃,比PMV指标中性温度低1.5 ℃。研究结果有助于提升就餐体验,也为食堂建筑的节能设计与实施提供了理论支撑和实践指导。The indoor thermal comfort level of university canteens is generally not optimistic,and an in-depth analysis of the indoor thermal environment of canteen buildings is of great significance in selecting appropriate passive design strategies during the construction phase.The indoor thermal environment level of a university canteen was investigated by combining on-site environmental measurements and subjective questionnaires during the transition season in a cold region,and regression analyses of its thermal environment data and subjective questionnaire results were carried out.The thermal comfort range of the dining population was derived by correcting the actual thermal sensation voting value(TSV)to the predicted mean voting value(PMV)predictor.The corrected range of PMV for cafeteria buildings in the transition season in cold regions was derived to be-1.51~0.81,and the neutral temperature of the cafeteria space was 21.7℃,which was 1.5℃lower than the neutral temperature of the PMV indicator.The results of the study help to improve the dining experience,and also provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the energy-saving design and implementation of cafeteria buildings.
