摘  要:对绿色低碳循环发展经济体系下面临的建筑碳排放挑战进行分析,以上海虹桥国际机场T1航站楼某楼为例,介绍了高性能模块空间绿色低碳管控平台的建设。该平台依托BIM与地理信息系统(GIS)融合技术,结合物联网、大数据、云计算及机器学习等前沿技术,构建了贯穿建筑全生命周期的绿色低碳管理体系,包括材料碳排放管理、施工碳排管理、运行碳排管理以及物联监控与智能分析等多个模块。通过实时监测、数据分析与优化建议,辅助航空建筑领域实现绿色、低碳的建造与运营管理。The building carbon emission challenges faced under the green low-carbon and recycling development economic system are analysed,and the construction of a high-performance modular spatial green low-carbon control platform is introduced as an example of a certain building of Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1 in Shanghai.Relying on the fusion technology of BIM and GIS,and combining cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Matters,big data,cloud computing and machine learning,the platform constructs a green and lowcarbon management system that runs through the whole life cycle of the building,including multiple modules such as material carbon emission management,construction carbon emission management,operation carbon emission management,and IoT monitoring and intelligent analysis.Through real-time monitoring,data analysis and optimisation suggestions,it assists the aviation construction sector to achieve green and low-carbon construction and operation management.
