高校党建工作与业务工作深度融合路径探究

摘　　要：高校党建工作与业务工作的深度融合有助于充分发挥高校党组织的领导核心作用,提高高校事业发展的整体效能。党建工作和高校业务工作之间如何实现深度融合,是当前面临的重要问题。通过对高校党组织和业务工作的特点进行分析,探讨党建工作与业务工作融合的实现路径,提出相应的对策和建议。The deep integration of Party building work and business work in universities helps to fully leverage the leadership core role of university Party organizations and improve the overall efficiency of university development.How to achieve deep integration between Party building work and university business work is an important issue currently facing us.By analyzing the characteristics of Party organizations and business work in universities,this paper explores the implementation path of integrating Party building work with business work,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
