摘 要:为提升硅基MEMS后坐保险机构的抗过载能力和环境区分能力,采用响应面方法对机构结构参数进行多目标优化设计。首先分析后坐保险机构工作原理,并确定机构的性能指标,然后建立机构的CAE参数化模型,采用中心复合设计方法获得合适的有限元分析样本点,在ANSYS中对样本点进行分析计算,根据获取的响应值建立了基于支持向量回归(SVR)算法的响应面模型。通过对响应面模型进行敏感度分析得到参数对后坐保险机构性能的影响程度为弹簧线宽>齿宽>限位梁宽>齿高。使用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对后坐保险机构进行多目标优化,得到了变量参数的优选解组合。比较优化前后性能指标,机构在勤务跌落载荷和发射载荷作用下的最大应力分别降低了19.21%和1.44%,勤务跌落载荷下最大位移降低了11.05%,发射载荷下最大位移提升了2.24%。通过优化设计,后坐保险机构的抗过载性能和环境区分性能有了较大提升。To improve the overload resistance and environmental discrimination capability of the silicon-based MEMS setback arming device,this paper employed a response surface method to perform multi-objective optimization of the device's structural parameters.Firstly,the working principle of the setback arming device was analyzed,and the performance indicators of the device are determined.Then,a parameterized CAE model of the device was developed.Appropriate sample points for finite element analysis were chosen through the central composite design method,and these points were analyzed and computed in ANSYS.Utilizing the response values acquired,a response surface model was constructed based on the support vector regression(SVR)algorithm.The sensitivity analysis results of the response surface model demonstrated that the impact of parameters on the device's performance followed the order of spring line width>tooth width>limit beam width>tooth height.The NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was used for multi-objective optimization of the setback arming device,yielding optimal combinations of variable parameters.Comparing the performance indicators before and after optimization,the maximum stress under service drop load and launch load was reduced by 19.21%and 1.44%respectively,the maximum displacement under service drop load was decreased by 11.05%,and the maximum displacement under launch load was increased by 2.24%.Through optimization design,the overload resistance and environmental discrimination capability of the setback arming device have been significantly improved.
