摘 要:针对电连接器在盐雾环境中的退化过程受多种失效机理影响,常见的单一随机过程模型无法全面地评估其可靠性的问题,提出基于混合随机过程模型的电连接器盐雾加速退化试验评估方法。该方法以两种常见的单一随机过程(Wiener过程和Gamma过程)模型为基础,通过赋予其权重而建立混合随机过程模型,结合统一定义的加速模型建立可靠性模型,基于退化数据对可靠性模型中的未知参数采用极大似然法进行估计;最后以YB3116F18-32型电连接器为研究对象,设计并实施电连接器盐雾恒定加速退化试验,对获取的数据利用所提模型进行统计分析,结果表明了方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the degradation process of electrical connectors in salt spray environment is affected by various failure mechanisms,and the common single random process model cannot comprehensively evaluate its reliability,an evaluation method of salt spray accelerated degradation test for electrical connectors based on hybrid random process model was proposed.This method was based on two common single random process(Wiener process and Gamma process)models,and a mixed random process model was established by assigning weights to them.The reliability model was established by combining the uniformly defined acceleration model,and the unknown parameters in the reliability model were estimated by the maximum likelihood method based on the degradation data.Finally,the YB3116F1832 electrical connector was taken as the research object,and the salt spray constant accelerated degradation test of the electrical connector was designed and implemented.The obtained data were statistically analyzed by using the proposed model,which showed the effectiveness of the method.
