摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是全球最常见的慢性肝病,好发于男性和绝经期女性,其发病率逐年上升。中医药治疗NAFLD具有多通路、多靶点的独特优势,该文综述了近5年中医药治疗NAFLD的基础研究和临床研究,从中药单体及活性成分、中药提取物、中药复方3个方面总结了中医药治疗NAFLD的作用机制,从内治法、外治法、内外合治法分析中医药治疗NAFLD的临床研究,以期更全面地了解NAFLD,并为其中医药治疗方案提供参考依据。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide,primarily affecting men and postmenopausal women,with an increasing incidence rate each year.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)exhibits unique advantages in treating NAFLD through multi-pathway and multi-target mechanisms.This paper reviews the basic and clinical research progress on TCM in the treatment of NAFLD over the past five years.It summarizes the mechanisms of TCM treatment from three aspects:Chinese herbal monomers and active components,herbal extracts,and herbal formulas.Furthermore,it analyzes the clinical research on TCM treatments for NAFLD,including herbal formulas,integrated TCM and Western medicine therapies,acupoint embedding,electroacupuncture,and acupuncture.This study aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of NAFLD and offer a reference for developing TCM-based therapeutic strategies.
