摘　　要：产品安全科普对于保障人身财产安全、提升公民科学素质、促进经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。当前产品安全科普的发展明显滞后于科学技术和时代发展,主要表现为缺少对新产品的安全科普宣传和缺失企业这一重要主体的积极参与。本文促进从科技发展的观念、政府主导的科普供给模式和企业参与产品安全科普的制度安排等三个方面分析产生这一现象的原因。基于此,文章从正确理解科技发展与产品安全科普辩证关系、推动产品安全科普供给模式向政企联合转变、建设企业参与产品安全科普的制度体系等三个维度提出了推动我国产品安全科普高质量发展的实施路径,为发挥产品安全科普对科技创新和社会发展的支撑作用提供了有益思考。Product safety science popularization is of great significance for ensuring citizens'life and property safety,enhancing their scientific literacy and promoting high-quality social development.The current product safety science popularization lags behind the development of science and technology and society,which is mainly manifested in the lack of authoritative popular science propaganda on the uncertain risks of new products and the absence of the active participation of enterprises,which is an important entity.This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from three aspects:the concept of supporting scientific and technological development,the government-led popular science supply model,and the institutional arrangements for enterprises'participation in product safety science popularization.Based on this,the article proposes implementation paths to promote the high-quality development of product safety science popularization in China from three dimensions:correctly understanding the dialectical relationship between scientific and technological development and product safety science popularization,promoting the transformation of the product safety science popularization supply model to a government-enterprise joint model,and constructing an institutional system for enterprises'participation in product safety science popularization.These paths provide useful thoughts for giving play to the supporting role of product safety science popularization in scientific and technological innovation and social development.
