摘 要:为探究不同种类及浓度生长素对蓝莓组培苗增殖生长及生根的影响,该研究以蓝莓品种‘绿宝石’组培苗为试材,在增殖和生根培养基中分别添加不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA),在60 d时调查植株生长及生根情况,以期找到最适宜‘绿宝石’蓝莓组培苗生长的激素浓度配比。结果表明,IBA处理的生根率相对较高,在低浓度下对组培苗的增殖生长具有促进作用;NAA处理的组培苗长势较弱、植株矮小、叶片发红、生根率极低;IAA对‘绿宝石’蓝莓组培苗生长起到促进作用,生根率较高。综合分析表明,‘绿宝石’蓝莓最适增殖培养基为WPM+ZT 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖5.08倍;最适生根培养基为1/4 WPM+IBA 0.7 mg/L,生根率达73%。该研究结果可为‘绿宝石’蓝莓组培快繁体系建立的生长素选择提供重要理论依据。In order to explore the effects of different types and concentrations of auxin on the proliferation growth and rooting of blueberry tissue culture seedlings,the study used blueberry variety‘Emerald’tissue culture seedlings as test materials,and added different concentrations of IBA,NAA and IAA to the proliferation and rooting medium,respectively,and investigated the plant growth and rooting at 60 days,in order to find the most suitable hormone concentration ratio for the growth of‘Emerald’blueberry tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that the rooting rate was relatively high under IBA treatment,and promoted the growth of tissue culture seedlings at low concentrations.Under the action of NAA,the growth of tissue culture seedlings was weak,the plants were short,the leaves were red,and the rooting rate was very low.IAA promotes the growth and rooting of‘Emerald’tissue culture seedlings.Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimal proliferation medium for‘Emerald’blueberry was WPM+ZT 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,proliferation 5.08 times;and the optimal rooting medium was 1/4 WPM+IBA 0.7 mg/L,with a rooting rate of 73%.The research results can provide important theoretical basis for the selection of auxin in the establishment of the tissue culture fast propagation system of‘Emerald’blueberriy.
