摘 要:作者于2022—2023年进行46%啶虫脒·氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂田间防治苹果黄蚜田间试验。结果表明,2022年各处理药后第3天,46%啶虫脒·氟啶虫酰胺WG 8000和10000倍液处理的校正防效达94.37%和92.02%,表现出明显的防效。第7天防效达到最高,分别为98.33%和96.12%,其中8000倍液处理的显著高于其他处理;10000倍液处理的也表现出较好的效果,但与对照药剂10%氟啶虫酰胺WG差异不显著。2023年,46%啶虫脒·氟啶虫酰胺WG 8000和10000倍液处理在药后第1天即表现出明显的防效,均达92.00%;第3天即达到最高,防效分别为98.99%和98.40%,且药效到第7天仍不降低,均显著高于其他处理。试验药剂46%啶虫脒·氟啶虫酰胺WG在试验中表现出明显的剂量效应,即随处理浓度的增加防治效果相应提高。因此,生产上推荐使用46%啶虫脒·氟啶虫酰胺WG 8000~12000倍液较为适宜,且在蚜虫基数较低的时候应用效果更佳。The author conducted field trials on the efficacy of 46%acetamiprid·flonicamid WG against apple aphis citricola conducted during 2022—2023.The trial results demonstrated,in 2022,the corrected control efficacies of 46%acetamiprid·flonicamid WG treatments with 8000-fold and 10000-fold dilutions reached 94.37%and 92.02%respectively at the 3rd day after treatment,showing significant efficacy.The maximum control efficacies were achieved at the 7th day,reaching 98.33%and 96.12%respectively,with the 8000-fold dilution treatment showing significantly higher efficacy than other treatments.The 10000-fold dilution treatment also exhibited satisfactory performance,though no significant difference was observed compared with the control agent 10%flonicamid WG.In 2023,both 8000-fold and 10000-fold dilutions of 46%acetamiprid·flonicamid WG demonstrated immediate efficacy,achieving 92%control efficacy at 1st day.The peak efficacies of 98.99%and 98.40%were attained at the 3rd day,with sustained effectiveness maintaining until the 7th day,both significantly surpassing other treatments.The trial revealed a distinct dose-response relationship for 46%acetamiprid·flonicamid WG,showing proportional efficacy enhancement with increasing concentration.Therefore,it is recommended to use a 46%acetamiprid·flonicamid WG 8000~12000 fold dilution in production,and the application effect is better when the aphid population is low.
