公立医院运营管理数字化:现状与对策

摘　　要：以18所三级公立医院为对象,调研其运营管理数字化现状。结果显示,成立运营管理委员会的公立医院较少,运营管理数字化存在信息系统分散、数据质量不高、人才短缺及领导层重视不够等问题,并提出提升信息系统集成度、提高数据质量与利用率、加强信息化人才队伍建设、提高领导层重视程度等优化对策,以推动公立医院精细化管理和可持续发展。This study selected 18 tertiary public hospitals to investigate their current status of digital operation and management.The results showed that there were relatively few operational management committees established in public hospitals at present,and there were several problems in the digitization of operational management.Then the paper proposed optimization strategies,and strove to realize refined management and sustainable development of public hospitals.
