摘  要:为合理分析评价罐周不均匀沉降油罐的在役适用性,研判油罐继续安全使用的沉降条件。以某大型石化公司国家能源战略规划重点项目新建后发生基础沉降的20000m3内浮顶油罐为例,提出依据评价条件更加严格的SY/T 5921-2017规范进行罐底不均匀沉降的评定分析。在此基础上,采用Abaqus有限元软件开展油罐沉降载荷和不同液位协同作用下油罐结构的应力强度分析和屈曲失稳研究,对其进行基于应力和变形的综合评价。结果显示,随着沉降的不断加剧,在空罐、10 m液位、设计最高液位15.9 m三种情形下,油罐在空罐情况下最先发生弹性屈曲失稳,内部储液的存在明显提高了罐体抵抗沉降变形和弹性屈曲失稳的能力。然而,高液位也导致沉降作用下罐壁底部应力水平显著增大,在结构屈曲失稳前提前达到应力强度极限。油罐沉降屈曲失稳过程中沉降值和最大径向变形基本呈线性关系,该线性关系受到高液位的显著影响。To reasonably analyze and assess whether in-service oil tank under a certain uneven settlement can continue to be used,and to determine settlement requirements for its safe use.Taking a 20000 m3 inner floating roof oil tank with an excessive foundation settlement newly built by a large petrochemical company as an example,which belongs to a key project of national energy strategic planning.Based on the stricter conditions of SY/T 5921-2017 standard,some assessments and analysises of tank settlement were first carried out.Then,the finite element Abaqus software was used to conduct stress strength analysis and buckling instability research on the oil tank subjected to measured settlement displacement,achieving comprehensive assessments based on stress and deformation.The results showed that as the settlement displacement increases,compared to three situations of empty tank,10 m liquid level,and designed maximum liquid level of 15.9 m,the oil tank first experienced elastic buckling instability in the case of empty tank.Stored liquid significantly improved the tank's ability to resist settlement deformation and buckling instability.However,high liquid levels also lead to a significant stress increase at the bottom of tank wall during the settlement process,exceeding the stress strength limit prematurely before buckling instability occurs.The settlement displacement and maximum radial deformation in the tend of oil tank buckling instability are basically linearly related,and this linear characteristic is significantly affected by high liquid levels under larger settlement displacement.
