胺液再生塔两相流振动管道减振研究

摘  要:某天然气净化厂脱硫装置内胺液再生塔在运行期间塔壁产生了裂纹,经过现场核查以及推断分析,该振动的产生与胺液再生塔附塔气液两相流振动管线有关,进一步通过分析工艺流程参数以及气液两相流水力学计算结果查找振动原因,得出了该振动管道布置、介质流型、振动三者之间关系的结论:第一,管道竖直布置时,管道内介质流型为柱状流易产生振动;第二,管道水平布置时,管道内介质流型均为分层流可有效避免管道振动,同时对该段振动管线从振动计算和柔性计算两个方向对管道进行应力分析,根据管道不同位置的受力情况采取不同的防振措施,结合水力学计算及应力计算结论,提出了两种管道布置和支架设置的方案,通过改变管道走向以及防振支架的设置减缓振动。During the operation of the amine stripper in a natural gas treating plant's desulfurization unit,cracks appeared on the tower wall.After on-site verification and inference analysis,the vibration was related to the pipe of the gas-liquid two-phase flow attached to the amine liquid regeneration tower.Furthermore,by analyzing the process parameters and the hydraulic calculation results of the gas-liquid two-phase flow,the cause of the vibration was found,and the conclusion was drawn that the relationship between the vibration piping layout,medium flow pattern,and vibration was as follows:Firstly,When the pipe is vertically arranged,the medium flow pattern inside the pipe is columnar flow,which is prone to vibration;Secondly,when the pipe is horizontally arranged,the flow pattern of the medium inside the pipe is stratified flow,which can effectively avoid pipe vibration.At the same time,stress analysis is conducted on the pipe from two directions:vibration calculation and flexibility calculation.Different vibration prevention measures are taken according to the stress conditions at different positions of the pipe.Based on the conclusions of hydraulic calculation and stress calculation,two schemes for piping layout and support setting are proposed,Reduce vibration by changing the direction of the pipe and setting clamped shoe for vibrant piping.
