摘  要:站场内天然气管道球阀与节流阀遍布,且自重较大,某注气站内出站管道埋地端出现沉降,部分管道支架发生偏转翘起,失去支撑作用,然而支架翘起对管道应力影响未知,管端沉降和支架翘起原因不明,同时二者对管道运行的安全性未知。因此文章采用有限元计算方法,建立了管道端部沉降与支架翘起的有限元模型,首先进行了有限元模型的准确性验证,计算值与测试值误差小于15%,其次讨论了支架翘起对管道应力的影响,并基于GB/T 4732—2024标准对该管道进行了安全评定,同时进行了支架翘起与管道沉降的原因分析,并基于许用应力法计算了临界沉降量为21 mm,为工程现场沉降监测提供了参考,相关研究对该站场管线安全运维具有指导意义。The ball valves and throttle valves of natural gas pipelines are all over the station,and the self-weight is large,which has a great impact on the pipeline.The buried end of the pipeline in a compressor station has settled,and some of the support plants have lost their supporting role due to deflection.However,the effect of support plant failure on pipeline stress is unknown,and the cause of pipe end settlement and support plant failure is unclear.The safety of both for pipeline operations is not known.Therefore,the finite element calculation method is used to establish a finite element model of subsidence of natural gas pipeline and support plant failure.The accuracy of the finite element model is first verified,and the error between the calculated and tested values is less than 15%.The influence of partial support plant failure on pipeline stress is discussed.Based on the GB/T 4732—2024 standard,the pipeline was assessed for safety.At the same time,the causes of support plants failure and pipeline settlement were studied.In addition,the allowable stress method is used to investigeted the critical settlement height of 21 mm,which provides a reference for the subsidence monitoring of the engineering site.The related research in this paper has guiding significance for the safe operation and maintenance of the station and yard pipelines.
