摘　　要：基于离散型制造企业实际情况,结合多年智能工厂现场经验,从智能制造水平诊断、智能工厂规划设计、智能工厂落地建设三方面介绍离散型制造智能工厂规划建设路径,为企业进行数字化、智能化改造提供参考。以某冶金装备企业为例,对离散型制造智能工厂规划建设路径的应用效果进行了分析。Based on the actual situation of discrete manufacturing enterprise,the planning and construction path of discrete manufacturing intelligent factory was introduced by combining years of on-site experience in intelligent factory from three aspects such as intelligent manufacturing level diagnosis,intelligent factory planning and design,and intelligent factory landing construction,to provide the reference for enterprise to carry out digital and intelligent transformation.By taking a metallurgical equipment enterprise as an example,the application effect of the planning and construction path of discrete manufacturing intelligent factory was analyzed.
