摘  要:基于数字孪生技术进行减速箱零件生产车间工艺仿真,应用SolidWorks软件设计车间高保真数字模型,使用互联网设备实现车间级网络数据交互,开发可编程序控制器控制程序对生产线进行虚拟调试验证,通过Visual Components Premium软件模型配置实现车间工艺流程仿真,利用Node-RED软件构造车间可视化系统。通过研究,为减速箱零件生产车间数字化转型升级提供工艺仿真路径,能够优化车间工艺方案,提高设备利用率,降低改造成本,助力数字虚拟技术赋能制造业新质生产力发展。Based on the digital twin technology,the process simulation of production workshop of the part of gearbox was carried out.The high fidelity digital model of the workshop was designed by using SolidWorks software,the workshop level network data interaction was realized by using Internet equipment,the PLC control program was developed to conduct virtual debugging verification for the production line,the workshop process simulation was realized through the Visual Components Premium software model configuration,and the workshop visualization system was constructed by using Node-RED software.Through research,a process simulation path was provided for the digital transformation and upgrading of production workshop of the part of gearbox,which can optimize workshop process plan,improve equipment utilization,reduce renovation cost,and help the development of new quality productivity in the manufacturing industry empowered by digital virtual technology.
