摘　　要：数字贸易推动了制造业数字化、智能化转型,成为促进制造业高质量发展的新动能和新引擎。本文以2013—2022年中国30个省市面板数据为样本,考察了数字贸易和制造业高质量发展之间的关系,以及科技创新赋能实力和产业结构优化升级在数字贸易影响制造业高质量发展中所发挥的作用。研究结果表明:数字贸易能够直接促进制造业向高质量层次跃进,在经过工具变量法、时间样本变换、GMM广义矩估计法等多重稳健性检验后结论依然成立。异质性分析发现,在东部和中部地区数字贸易的赋能效应明显高于西部地区,并且对技术密集型行业的赋能效应强于其他行业。中介效应检验结果进一步表明,科技创新赋能实力以及产业结构优化间接性起着至关重要的作用。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities of China from 2013 to 2022,this paper investigated the relationship between digital trade and high-quality devel-opment of manufacturing industry,and the role of technological empowerment and indus-trial structure optimization and upgrading in the impact of digital trade on high-quality de-velopment of manufacturing industry.It is shown in the research results that digital trade has a direct impact to promote the manufacturing industry to develop in a high-quality way.In addition,the conclusion is still valid after multiple robustness tests,such as tool variable method,time sample transformation and GMM generalized moment estimation method.It is shown in heterogeneity analysis that the empowering effect of digital trade in the eastern and central regions is more obvious than that in the western regions,and is stronger for technology-intensive industries than for other industries.It is further shown in mesomeric effect test results that the empowering effect of scientific and technological inno-vation indirectly plays a vital role in industrial structure optimization.
