摘 要:The pacific oyster is a common species of oyster,an important economic species,and the main object of research,with important ecological value,economic value and scientific research value,it is a model organism for the study of shellfish and crown wheel organisms,and with the deciphering of its genome,the pacific oyster has received wider attention and more in-depth research.The CNKI Chinese database was used to retrieve 595 pieces of literature on the subject of the pacific oyster.Using the CiteSpace software's literature for econometric analysis method,the annual trend of the number of publications,journals,authors,keywords,research institutions,funding,and citations were analyzed,and research hotspots and trends were analyzed by combining with the keyword knowledge network.The analysis results showed that the annual publication volume of the pacific oyster tends to be stable,and the research institutions are mostly concentrated in the scientific research institutions in Qingdao,Shandong Province,mainly in Ocean University of China,with triploidy,growth,hybrid dominance,shell color,and genes as the research hotspots,and gene editing,carbon sinks,and environmental interactions as the future research directions.太平洋牡蛎是牡蛎的常见物种,是重要的经济物种,也是主要的研究对象,具有重要的生态价值、经济价值和科研价值,是贝类和冠轮生物研究的模式生物,随着其基因组的破译,太平洋牡蛎受到了更广泛的关注和更深入的研究。利用CNKI中文数据库检索了595篇关于太平洋牡蛎的文献。利用CiteSpace软件的文献计量分析方法,分析了出版物、期刊、作者、关键字、研究机构、资助和引文数量的年度趋势,并结合关键字知识网络分析了研究热点和趋势。分析结果表明,太平洋牡蛎的年出版量趋于稳定,研究机构大多集中在山东省青岛市的科研机构,主要集中在中国海洋大学,三倍体、生长、杂交优势、壳色和基因是研究热点,基因编辑、碳汇和环境相互作用是未来的研究方向。
