摘  要:文章中的反应器局部结构存在着过大的温差,会导致产生很大的热应力,通过设置隔热耐磨衬里、陶瓷纤维毡/纸来减少热量的传递,达到降低温差及热应力的作用。另外,通过有限元法对该局部结构进行温度场和热-机械耦合分析,基于失效模式的设计理念,对其在压力作用下可能会发生的塑性垮塌失效,在压力-温度循环载荷作用下超过安定状态可能会发生的热应力棘轮失效以及低周疲劳失效模式均进行了详细的分析和评定,以确保该结构在使用过程中的安全性。可为压力容器类似设计条件和结构的工程设计提供一定的参考意义。There is a large temperature difference in the local structure of the reactor in this paper,which will result in a large thermal stress.Heat transfer can be reduced by setting insulation and refractory lining and ceramic fiber blanket/paper to reduce the temperature difference and thermal stress.In addition,the temperature field and thermal-mechanical coupling analysis of the local structure were carried out by finite element method.Based on the design concept of failure mode,the plastic collapse failure that may occur under pressure,the thermal stress ratchet failure and the low cycle fatigue failure that may occur when beyond the stability state under pressure-temperature cyclic loading were analyzed and evaluated in detail to ensure the safety of the structure in operation.Also,it can provide some reference for the engineering design under similar design conditions and structures of pressure vessels.
