数字贸易发展对共同富裕的影响——来自中国城市的经验证据

摘　　要：数字贸易已成为国际贸易发展的新趋势和经济的新增长点,探究城市数字贸易发展能否促进共同富裕的实现具有重要的现实意义。文章基于2013~2020年中国272个城市的数据,利用动态面板系统GMM方法实证检验了城市数字贸易发展对共同富裕的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,城市数字贸易发展通过生产率提升机制和产业结构升级机制对共同富裕有显著的促进作用。异质性检验发现,在人力资本水平较低、交通条件欠发达以及市场化水平较低的城市,数字贸易发展对共同富裕的促进作用更明显。基于以上结论,文章建议应通过政策鼓励和引导城市数字贸易发展、强化人力资本持续投资、推动数字型企业核心数字技术创新和城市群数字贸易协同发展等促进共同富裕。Digital trade has become a new trend in the development of international trade and a new growth point for the economy.It is of great practical significance to explore whether the development of urban digital trade can promote the realization of common prosperity.Based on the data of 272 cities in China from 2013 to 2020,this paper uses the dynamic panel system GMM method to empirically examine the impact and mechanism of the development of urban digital trade on common prosperity.The research shows that the development of urban digital trade has a significant promotion effect on common prosperity through productivity improvement mechanism and industrial structure upgrading mechanism.Heterogeneity test reveals that the promotion effect of the development of digital trade on common prosperity is more significant in the cities with lower human capital level,less developed transportation condition and lower marketization level.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to promote common prosperity through encouraging and guiding the development of urban digital trade by means of policies,strengthening sustained investment in human capital,and advancing core digital technology innovation of digital enterprises and coordinated development of digital trade in urban agglomerations.
