摘  要:目的探讨就业价值观视域下的“慢就业”现象的潜在原因,探寻“慢就业”有效的应对策略,以完善高校毕业生的就业指导与服务机制。方法通过问卷调查法,对北京中医药大学2020~2023届毕业生的就业价值观及就业指导需求进行了调查,使用SPSS 22.0对调查结果展开分析。结果影响北京中医药大学毕业生就业价值观的可能因素有医学生的就业门槛提升、毕业生对就业认知不清,进而导致了“慢就业”现象。结论应引导毕业生树立正确的就业观,不断提升校园招聘的服务力,加强基层就业的推动力,形成全方位、多层次的就业支持体系,以应对“慢就业”现象,促进毕业生高质量就业。Objective To explore the reasons behind the“slow employment”phenomenon from the perspective of employment values,and seek effective coping strategies to improve the employment guidance and service mechanisms for college graduates.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the employment values and employment guidance needs of graduates from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2023.The survey results were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0.Results Possible factors affecting the employment values of graduates from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine include the increased employment threshold for medical students and unclear cognition of employment among graduates,which in turn lead to the“slow employment”phenomenon.Conclusion Graduates should be guided to establish a correct concept of employment,continuously improve the service power of campus recruitment,strengthen the promotion power of grass-roots employment,and form an all-round,multi-level employment support system to cope with the phenomenon of“slow employment”and promote high-quality employment for graduates.
