全国推广三明医改背景下社会办医疗机构的应对策略

摘　　要：我国持续深化医药卫生体制改革,在全国范围内进一步推广三明医改经验,推动构建优质、高效的医疗服务体系。社会办医疗机构作为公立医疗的有效补充,应当主动适应“三医”协同发展和治理、“健共体”建设、构建自身核心竞争力、利用数字化技术赋能医改、充分发挥中医药优势和作用、加强成本管控等方面改革,进而实现自身高质量发展。The deepening of the medical and health system reform is being fully promoted,and the experience of Sanming Medical Reform is being further promoted nationwide,promoting the construction of a high-quality and efficient medical service system.As an effective supplement to public institutions,social medical institutions should actively adapt to the coordinated development and governance of“public health services,medical insurance,and medical production-circulation”,construction of“healthy community”,core competitiveness,empowering medical reform with digital technology,fully leveraging the advantages and roles of traditional Chinese medicine,and strengthening cost control,to achieve high-quality development.
