摘　　要：国家文化数字化战略为地方档案文化传播提供了宏观指导与政策支持,传统的地方档案文化传播模式亟须创新,以应对数字化时代的挑战和机遇。“跟着档案观上海”数字人文平台是传播地方档案文化的成功案例,在分析该案例的基础上,从资源要素、技术要素、理念要素、生态要素四个层面构建地方档案文化传播的模式,并从传播手段、传播主体、传播策略、传播保障四个角度提出相应的实现路径,以期为数字时代地方档案文化的有效传播提供参考。The national culture digitization strategy provides macroscopic guidance and policy support for local archival culture communication.The traditional mode of local archival culture communication is in urgent need of innovation to cope with the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.The digital humanities platform'View Shanghai with Archives'is a successful case of disseminating local archival culture.Based on the analysis of this case,the mode of disseminating local archival culture is constructed from the four levels of resource elements,technical elements,concept elements and ecological elements,and the corresponding realization path is proposed from the four perspectives of communication means,communication subject,communication strategy and communication guarantee.In order to provide reference for the effective diss emination of local archival culture in the digital age.
