摘　　要：《黑图档·嘉庆朝》详尽记载了嘉庆年间盛京地区销档行为的史实,本文以《黑图档·嘉庆朝》为主要研究史料,并结合嘉庆朝的相关律例与规定,深入剖析《黑图档·嘉庆朝》中清嘉庆年间盛京地区的销档行为,明确将其划分为圈销逃档与销除旗档两大类型。前者主要针对的是因旗人逃走而登记的档案,后者针对的是旗人的户籍档案,通过对这两类销档行为的具体情形进行分析,能够揭示清嘉庆年间盛京地区社会治理的深刻内涵,以期为清代地方性的档案工作与社会治理等方面的研究提供些许参考。Jiaqing Period of Hetu Dangse records in detail the historical facts about the archive-cancelling behaviors in the Shengjing area during the Jiaqing period.This paper mainly takes Jiaqing Period of Hetu Dangse as the main research historical materials,and combines with the relevant laws and regulations in the Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty,deeply analyzes the behavior of cancelling Archives in the Shengjing area during the Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty in Jiaqing Period of Hetu Dangse,clearly divides it into two major types:Cancellation of Archives recorded for escaping and Cancellation of banner Archives.The former is mainly concerned with the Archives registered due to the escaping of the banner people,while the latter is concerned with the registered residence Archives of the banner people.By analyzing the specific situations of these two types of archive-cancelling behaviors,it is possible to reveal the profound connotation of social governance in the Shengjing area during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty.In order to provide some reference for the study of local archi val work and social governance in the Qing Dynasty.
