摘　　要：新中国成立初期,如何整理和保管民国时期档案,是档案资源建设领域的一个重要问题。为了对民国时期档案进行科学合理的保管和整理,从而服务于国家和社会建设的需要,在发展基础薄弱、建设起步艰难的情况下,档案工作者们通过对苏联传入的先进档案理论经验的借鉴学习,结合客观条件和实际工作,取得了一系列成果,初步完成了民国时期档案的保存和整理工作,为学界研究和国家建设发展做出了贡献。In the early days of the founding of The People's Republic of China,how to organize and keep Republic of China Archives was an important issue in the field of archival construction.In order to keep and organize the Republic of China Archives in a scientific and reasonable way so as to serve the utilization needs of the state and social construction,under the circumstance of weak foundation of development and difficult construction,the workers of the Republic of China Archives made a series of achievements through the borrowing and learning of the advanced archive theory and experience imported from the USSR,combining with the objective conditions and actual work,and initially completed the preservation and organization of the Republic of China Archives,which made a contribution to the academia,research and national construction development.They have made contributions to the research and development of national construction.
