摘　　要：论文分析了数字孪生水利工程项目档案管理学术研究的现状,结合数字孪生水利工程项目档案管理的实践,提出了具有较强针对性和可操作性的数字孪生水利工程项目档案管理原则、规范与路径,理论联系实际地构建了数字孪生水利工程项目档案管理体系的原则、规范与路径,赋能水利工程项目档案管理的数字化转型与人工智能的合理应用,提升数字孪生水利工程项目档案全生命周期科学管理水平。同时,构建更具适用性的理论框架,为高质量数字孪生水利工程项目档案管理体系建设提供指引,也可以作为其他行业数字孪生档案管理参考。The paper analyzes the current situation of academic research on digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management,combines the practice of digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management,puts forward the principles,norms and paths of digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management with strong pertinence and operability,and builds the scientific norms,frameworks and paths of digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management in the connection with the practice in the theory to empower the digital transformation and reasonable application of artificial intelligence in the management of project Archives,enhance the scientific management level of the whole life cycle of the digital twin hydraulic engineering project,and build a more applicable theoretical framework for the high-quality digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management.Meanwhile,build a more applicable theoretical framework,the d igital transformation of project archive management and the rational application of artificial intelligence,improve the scientific management level of digital twin hydraulic engineering project Archives throughout the life cycle,build a more applicable theoretical framework,provide guidelines for the construction of high-quality digital twin hydraulic engineering project archive management system,and also serve as a reference for digital twin archive manageme nt in other industries.
