摘 要:作为档案开放利用的前提,近年来我国省级档案馆档案开放审核工作机制日益完善,呈现审核方式多样化、技术应用分层级、审核质效待提升等特点。笔者调查聚焦技术应用,分析发现省级档案馆应用人工智能进行档案开放审核具有可资借鉴的经验,但也存在技术应用成本高、AI信任赤字、推广应用受限、专业素养欠缺等问题。为此,本文从广狭双维度提出多向度化解成本压力、域际协同构筑AI信任、互鉴融通技术、全维培育人才等对策,以此提供增强档案开放审核质效、科学稳步应用人工智能的可行思路。As a prerequisite for the opening and utilization of Archives,in recent years,the working mechanism of archival opening review in provincial Archives in China has been increasingly improved,with diversified review methods,hierarchical application of technologies,and the review quality and efficiency yet to be enhanced.The investigation focuses on the application of technologies.Through analysis,it is found that there are some experiences worthy of reference in the application of artificial intelligence by provincial Archives in the archival opening review,but there are also problems such as high costs of technology application,the'Trust deficit'in AI,limited popularization and application,and lack of professional competence.To this end,this paper puts forward countermeasures from broad and narrow dimensions,such as relieving cost pressures in multiple directions,building AI trust through interregional collaboration,integrating technologies through mutual learning,and cultivating talents in an all-round manner,so as to provide feasible ideas for enhancing the quality and efficiency of archival opening review and applying artificial intelligence in a scientific and steady man ner.
