摘　　要：为了解目前我国档案服务企业发展与创新状况,利用“天眼查”上能够体现档案服务企业发展现状及创新能力的指标构建出档案服务企业创新能力指标体系,并具体进行了调研,发现我国档案服务企业呈现出以小、微型民营有限责任公司为主,企业在全国分布不均,业务内容较为单一等特点。在创新方面,存续时间越久的企业出现创新能力强的企业概率越大,但创新点集中在档案保存设备方面,较为单一,信息化方面创新成果不足。从生产力要素视角来看,这一业态是由该行业劳动对象变化引发并形成的,随着变化的继续,企业在发展现有业务基础上,可向档案信息化咨询及信息系统开发等领域发展,以改变现有劳动者技能构成,并变革现有生产工具,实现企业可持续发展。In order to understand the current development and innovation status of archival service enterprises in China,an index system for the innovation capabilities of archival service enterprises was constructed using indicators on‘Tianyancha’that can reflect the development status and innovation capabilities of these enterprises.A specific investigation was carried out,and it was found that archival service enterprises in China are mainly small and micro private limited liability companies.These enterprises are unevenly distributed across the country,and their business content is relatively single.In terms of innovation,the longer an enterprise has been in existence,the greater the probability that it has strong innovation capabilities.However,the innovation points are concentrated in archival preservation equipment,which is rather single,and there is a lack of innovation achievements in informatization.From the perspective of productivity elements,this business form is triggered and formed by changes in the labor objects of the industry.As the changes continue,on the basis of developing existing businesses,enterprises can expand into areas such as archival informatization consulting and information system development.This can change the composition of the skills of existing workers,transform existing production tools,and achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.
