摘　　要：对国外关于人工智能档案管理的项目进行调研与分析,从而为我国关于人工智能赋能档案管理实践提供启示与借鉴。采用内容分析法,从电子邮件归档、政府网页归档、手写档案识别、口述历史档案、图书馆智能编目以及一般电子档案这6个不同的应用领域对人工智能档案管理项目进行调研分析;并将这些项目按照鉴定分类、整理编目以及开放利用这3个工作环节开展研究。结合目前我国人工智能赋能档案管理的工作情况,提出三点启示:人工智能与档案融合创新、实现“概念验证”到“中试验证”、档案与数据的密切融合。This paper investigates and analyzes foreign projects on artificial intelligence archival arrangement,so as to provide inspiration and reference for the practice of artificial intelligence enabling archival management in China.By using content analysis method,the paper conducts research and analysis on artificial intelligence Archives management projects in six different application fields:E-mail,government web archiving,handwritten Archives transcription,oral history Archives,library intelligent cataloging and general electronic Archives.These items are systematically sorted out and divided into three key stages:classification and identification of Archives,sorting and cataloguing and open utilization.Based on the current situation of AI enabled Archives management in China,three inspirations are put forward:Artificial intelligence and archive integration innovation,from'Proof of concept'to'pilot test verification',and close integration with archival data.
