后保管时代国外协作式数字档案管理项目研究及启示

摘　　要：在后保管时代,传统档案管理模式已不适应当前需求,迫切需要探索和实施更先进的档案管理策略。本文探讨了后保管时代国外协作式数字档案管理项目的特点及对中国的启示。通过分析美国LLILAS Benson和欧洲CENDARI项目,指出了共享合作、技术支持和可持续发展在数字档案管理中的重要性。这些项目为中国档案管理在技术创新、合作模式、法规政策和人才培养方面提供了借鉴,以促进本土化创新和档案事业的发展。In the post-custodial era,the traditional Archives management model has not adapted to the current needs,and it is urgent to explore and implement more advanced Archives management strategies.This paper discusses the characteristics of foreign collaborative digital Archives management projects in the post-custodial era and its implications for China.Through analyzing the LLILAS Benson project in the United States and the CENDARI project in Europe,the importance of shared cooperation,technological innovation and sustainable development in digital Archives management is pointed out.These projects have provided references for China's Archives management in terms of technology application,cooperation mode,regulation construction and personnel training to promote localized innovation and the development of Archives.
