摘　　要：近年研究发现针刺治疗周围神经损伤与调节细胞程序性死亡机制密切相关。本研究重点阐述针刺对凋亡、自噬、焦亡、坏死性凋亡、铁死亡以及铜死亡的影响,并进一步探讨针刺调控细胞程序性死亡改善周围神经损伤的机制,为临床治疗提供新思路、新方案。Recent studies have found that acupuncture treatment for peripheral nerve injury is closely related to the regulation of programmed cell death mechanism.This study focuses on elucidating the effects of acupuncture on apoptosis,autophagy,pyroptosis,necroptosis,ferroptosis and cuproptosis,and further explores the mechanisms by which acupuncture regulates programmed cell death to improve peripheral nerve injury.The findings aim to provide new insights and approaches for future clinical practice.
