基于《黄帝内经》探析员利针治疗筋痹的发展及运用

摘　　要：员利针是《黄帝内经》古九针之一,主要用来治疗筋痹。但笔者查阅文献发现,大部分医者临床所使用的员利针,虽有一定疗效,但其形制与《黄帝内经》员利针并不相符。若不及时厘清,对《黄帝内经》员利针的发展不利。重庆针灸所所长陈立新先生创制的员利针,高度还原《黄帝内经》。此研究以陈立新员利针为研究对象,探讨员利针的形制、治疗筋痹的作用机制与临床常用刺法等,梳理其脉络,发掘其临床价值。Round-sharp needle is one of the ancient Nine Needles described in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal and is primarily used to treat sinew Bi.However,upon reviewing the literature,it was found that most round-sharp needles used in clinical practice today,while demonstrating certain therapeutic effects,deviate significantly in design from the original round-sharp needle described in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal.If this discrepancy is not addressed,it could hinder the development and proper understanding of the round-sharp needle as outlined in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal.Mr.CHEN Lixin,the director of Chongqing Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,has developed an innovative round-sharp needle that closely replicates the design described in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal.This paper takes the Lixin round-sharp needle as the research subject,to explore its design feature,mechanism of action in treating sinew Bi,commonly used needling techniques,and clinical applications.By organizing its historical and clinical context,this study aims to uncover the therapeutic potential of the round-sharp needle.
