摘 要:中央翼下缘条是机身主承力结构件,是保证飞机复杂飞行条件下安全性的关键构件。中央翼下缘条尺寸大、结构复杂,针对中央翼下缘条装夹效率低、加工变形控制难度大等问题,根据现有加工条件,从设备选择、装夹方式、变形控制、刀具选择及数控编程等方面制定了详细的加工方案,并通过首件加工对方案进行了验证,结果表明,通过制定的加工方案加工的零件尺寸基本和数模图纸匹配,变形小,满足生产需求,可为同类型零件的加工提供指导。The lower edge strip of central wing is the main load-carrying structural member of the fuselage,which is a key component to ensure the safety of the aircraft under complex flight conditions.The lower edge strip of central wing has large size and complex structure,aiming at the problems of low clamping efficiency of the lower edge strip of central wing and the difficulty of machining deformation control,etc.,according to the existing machining conditions,a detailed machining scheme is formulated from the aspects of equipment selection,clamping mode,deformation control,cutting tool selection and CNC programming,etc.,and the scheme is verified through the first workpiece machining.The results show that the sizes of the parts machined according to the machining scheme are basically matched with that on the numerical simulation drawing with small deformation and meet the production requirements,which can provide guidance for the machining of the same type of parts.
