中国文旅融合对碳排放绩效的作用机制与空间效应

摘　　要：在生态文明建设背景下,以文旅融合为代表的产业融合已成为推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型的重要途径。本研究借助熵权-TOPSIS法和基于非期望产出的Super-SBM模型分别测算2010−2021年中国省际文旅融合水平和碳排放绩效(不包含西藏自治区和港澳台地区数据),综合运用动态SYS-GMM模型、中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型探索文旅融合对碳排放绩效的作用机制与空间效应。结果表明:①文旅融合水平每提高1%,碳排放绩效将显著提升0.019%,即文旅融合有助于提升碳排放绩效。②文旅融合可通过促进产业结构合理化、高级化和高效化来提升碳排放绩效。③文旅融合所产生的负向空间溢出效应会显著抑制邻地碳排放绩效提升。研究显示,文旅融合能直接和间接地提高本地碳排放绩效,但对邻地碳排放绩效产生负向空间溢出效应。Under the background of ecological civilization construction,industrial integration represented by culture and tourism integration has become an important path to promote comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.This study used the entropy weight-TOPSIS and Super-SBM model based on undesirable output to measure the level of culture and tourism integration and carbon emission performance at the province level(excluding the data of Xizang Autonomous Region,Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2010 to 2021 in this study.Meanwhile,the dynamic SYS-GMM model,mediating effect model,and spatial Durbin model were comprehensively applied to explore the influencing mechanism and spatial spillover effect.The study shows that:(1)For every 1%increase in the level of culture and tourism integration,carbon emission performance will increase by 0.019%.In other words,the culture and tourism integration helps to improve the carbon emission performance.(2)The influencing paths of culture and tourism on carbon emission performance are rationalization,advancement,and efficiency of industrial structure,respectively.(3)The negative spatial spillover effect of culture and tourism integration significantly inhibit carbon emission performance in adjacent regions.This study finds that culture and tourism integration can directly and indirectly improve local carbon emission performance,but has negative spatial spillover effect on carbon emission performance in the adjacent regions.
