摘  要:随着顶部资源逐年递减和矿产资源不断向深部发育以及采矿面临中段采矿数量限制的现状,-877 m以上中段可挖潜资源储量少之又少,虽深部资源储量前景十分可观,但深部开拓工程量巨大,如按照常规开展需增加5个中段开拓,需投入大量资金。机械化开采是我国矿山发展的必然趋势,工程技术人员为矿山挖潜增效是职责所在,首先提出压缩开拓中段,打破常规的设计理念,形成百米大中段(-877~-977 m),再提出合理的机械化开采工艺、流程,减少矿业公司资金投入的同时做到科技引领、科技创新。With the gradual decline of top resources and the continuous development of mineral resources towards deeper areas,as well as the limited mining quantity in the middle section,the potential reserves of resources that can be tapped in the middle section above-877 m are very limited.Although the prospect of deep resource reserves is very promising,the amount of deep development engineering is huge.If the engineering is carried as conventional development,it needs to add 5 middle sections for development,and which requires a lot of investment.Mechanized mining is the development trend and inevitable trend of China's mining industry.It is the responsibility of an engineering technical personnel to tap the potential and increase efficiency of mines.Firstly,the conventional design concept was broken and proposed compressing and developing the middle section,forming a hundred meter large middle section(-877~-977 m),and then,the reasonable mechanized mining processes and procedures were proposed to reduce the capital investment of the mining company while achieving technological leadership and innovation.
