摘 要:吉尔吉斯斯坦某矿矿石含超细粒金、铜矿,该矿石部分黄铜矿被氧化,原矿石金品位2.08 g/t,铜品位0.46%,试验采用了浮选+浸出工艺流程,浮选精矿产率2.19%,精矿金品位62.42 g/t,精矿铜品位15.60%,浮选金回收率65.72%,铜回收率74.43%。浮选尾矿进行浸出作业,浸渣金品位0.31 g/t,金浸出率57.73%,浮选尾矿浸出金回收率19.72%。浮选+浸出金总回收率85.44%,选矿指标较好,有效的回收了该超细粒氧化金矿石中的金、铜元素。A certain mine in Kyrgyzstan contains ultra-fine gold and copper ore and the some chalcopyrite in the ore has been oxidized.The gold grade of the original ore is 2.08 g/t.The copper grade is 0.46%,the technological process of flotation+leaching was adopted in the experiment and achieved good indicator:The yield of flotation concentrate was 2.19%,the gold grade of concentrate was 62.42 g/t,the copper grade of concentrate was 15.60%,the gold recovery was 65.72%,the copper recovery was 74.43%.The gold content of the leaching residue is 0.31 g/t,the gold leaching rate is 57.73%,and the gold recovery rate is 19.72%.The total recovery of gold in flotation+leaching is 85.44%.The gold and copper elements in the ultrafine oxidized gold ore are effectively recovered.
