摘  要:艾萨铜熔炼原料主要为硫化铜精矿,但近年来随着赞比亚主要矿山高品质硫化铜矿日渐枯竭,铜精矿供应呈现高品质硫化铜精矿短缺、复杂铜精矿占比高等特点,因市场供需关系和原料属性,复杂铜精矿较高品质硫化铜精矿具有更显著的经济优势。为适应严峻的铜精矿供应情况,赞比亚谦比希铜冶炼有限公司进行了提高艾萨炉处理复杂铜精矿能力的实践,研究了实践过程中存在的主要问题及采取的相应措施,实践结果对艾萨熔炼工艺处理复杂含铜原料具有重要意义。The primary raw material for Isa copper smelting primarily consist of sulfide copper concentrates.In recent years,as highquality sulfide copper ores from major mines in Zambia have become increasingly depleted,the supply of copper concentrates has faced a shortage of high-quality sulfide copper concentrates and a higher proportion of complex copper concentrates.Due to market supply and demand dynamics and the characteristics of the raw materials,complex copper concentrates have shown significant economic advantages over high-quality sulfide copper concentrates.In order to adapt to the severe supply situation of copper concentrate,Zambia Chambishi Copper Smelting Co.,Ltd.has carried out a practice of improving the processing capacity of complex copper concentrate in the Isa furnace,studied the main problems existing in the practice process and the corresponding measures taken.The practical results of this initiative are of significant importance for the Isa smelting process when dealing with complex copperbearing raw materials.
