造纸用淀粉类干强剂的作用机理及应用效果研究

摘　　要：淀粉类干强剂是在造纸过程中添加的化学品,其主要作用是提高纸张的干强度。基于此,分析了淀粉类干强剂的作用机理及其在造纸工业中的应用效果。研究表明,淀粉类干强剂能够加强纤维间的氢键结合,使纤维分布更加均匀,提高细小纤维的留着率和浆料滤水性能,从而提高纸张的干强度。在实际应用中,选择合适的干强剂种类,并且有效控制反应体系的影响因素,能够显著提升纸张的物理性能,提高生产效率,增强环境友好性。Starch dry strength agent is a chemical added in the process of papermaking,and its main function is to improve the dry strength of paper.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of starch dry strength agent and its application effect in paper industry.The research shows that starch dry strength agent can strengthen the hydrogen bonding between fibers,make the fiber distribution more uniform,improve the retention rate of fine fibers and the drainage performance of pulp,thus improving the dry strength of paper.In practical application,selecting suitable dry strength agents and effectively controlling the influencing factors of the reaction system can significantly improve the physical properties of paper,improve production efficiency and enhance environmental friendliness.
