摘　　要：目的:制备不同形式的稳定性二氧化氯漂白剂,评估其二氧化氯安全存储性能。方法:分别制备了四种脆性凝胶固体稳定性二氧化氯、两种液体稳定性二氧化氯以及四种粉末固体稳定性二氧化氯。测定各样品的二氧化氯含量。测试不同烘干温度下各固体样品的二氧化氯安全存储含量,将两种液体稳定性二氧化氯的制备完成后的二氧化氯含量与固体样品对比。在最佳烘干温度与静置时间下,测试所有样品的长期二氧化氯安全存储效果。结果:对于脆性凝胶固体稳定性二氧化氯,60℃是最佳的烘干温度,能够最大限度地保持二氧化氯的安全存储含量;对于粉末固体稳定性二氧化氯,70℃时表现出最高的二氧化氯安全存储含量。在两种液体稳定性二氧化氯中,第一种制备方法获得的二氧化氯含量更高。长期存储测试表明,四种脆性凝胶固体稳定性二氧化氯与四种粉末固体稳定性二氧化氯的安全存储性能均优于两种液体稳定性二氧化氯。在所有测试的固体稳定性二氧化氯中,脆性凝胶-硫酸钠+氯化钙表现出最佳的二氧化氯安全存储性能。结论:脆性凝胶-硫酸钠+氯化钙是长期存储造纸用二氧化氯漂白剂的理想选择,其不但具有较高的二氧化氯安全存储含量,而且在长期存储过程中稳定性良好,适合造纸工业应用。Objective:To prepare different forms of stable chlorine dioxide bleaching agents and evaluate their safe storage performance for chlorine dioxide.Methods:Four kinds of brittle gel solid stable chlorine dioxide,two kinds of liquid stable chlorine dioxide and four kinds of powder solid stable chlorine dioxide were prepared respectively.Measure the chlorine dioxide content of each sample.Test the safe storage content of chlorine dioxide in various solid samples at different drying temperatures,and compare the chlorine dioxide content of two liquid stable chlorine dioxide preparations with the solid samples.Test the long-term safe storage effect of chlorine dioxide for all samples at the optimal drying temperature and settling time.Results:For the solid stable chlorine dioxide of brittle gel,60°C is the best drying temperature,which can maximize the safe storage content of chlorine dioxide;For powder solid stable chlorine dioxide,it exhibits the highest safe storage content of chlorine dioxide at 70°C.Among the two types of liquid stable chlorine dioxide,the first preparation method obtained a higher chlorine dioxide content.The long-term storage test shows that the safe storage performance of four kinds of brittle gel solid stable chlorine dioxide and four kinds of powder solid stable chlorine dioxide is better than that of two kinds of liquid stable chlorine dioxide.Among all the tested solid stable chlorine dioxide,the brittle gel-sodium sulfate+calcium chloride showed the best safety storage performance of chlorine dioxide.Conclusion:Fragile gel sodium sulfate+calcium chloride is an ideal choice for long-term storage of chlorine dioxide bleach for paper making.It not only has a high content of chlorine dioxide for safe storage,but also has good stability during long-term storage,which is suitable for paper making industry.
