摘 要:以混合杂木为原料,采用碱预处理结合生物酶处理制备半化学浆,探究半纤维素酶、纤维素酶、木素氧化酶和多纤维素复合酶对浆料性能的影响。结果表明,四种生物酶处理均能提高纤维素含量并降低木素含量,其中木素氧化酶的木素脱除率最高,较未处理对照样增加14.1%;多纤维素复合酶通过多酶协同作用可脱出抽出物、半纤维素等多种组分,其纤维素含量在四种浆样中最高,较对照样提高了16.9%,且其纤维长度最长,达到1.056mm。此外,酶处理均能改善纸浆的特性,其中采用多纤维素复合酶可获得较佳的性能。The mixed hardwoods semi-chemical pulps were prepared by alkali pretreatment combined with enzyme treatment.The effects of hemi-cellulase,cellulase,lignin oxidase,and multi-cellulase complex on the properties of the pulp were investigated.The results demonstrated that enzymatic treatments significantly increased cellulose content and decreased lignin content.Among them,the lignin oxidase had the highest lignin removal rate,which was 14.1%higher than that of the untreated control sample.Through the synergistic action of multiple enzymes,the multi-cellulase complex enzyme can remove various components such as extractives and hemicellulose.Its cellulose content is the highest among the four enzyme treated pulp samples,which is 16.9%higher than that of the control sample,and its fiber length is the longest,reaching 1.056 mm.In addition,all the enzyme treatments can improve the properties of the pulp,and the use of the multi-cellulase complex enzyme can achieve better performance.
