摘　　要：在“双碳”政策引导下,优化能源结构、提高生产技术水平、减少碳排放,已成为产业生存和发展的必然选择。目前,造纸产业已经逐步向绿色制造、低碳环保的发展方式转变。基于此,简述了“双碳”背景下造纸产业绿色发展现状与存在的难点,分析了造纸产业大力推进绿色建造与节能减排的重要性,重点提出“双碳”背景下造纸产业绿色建造与节能减排的有效策略,主要在于完善绿色建造标准体系、加强基础设施建设、加快节能低碳技术研发、推动形成绿色发展支撑体系等,以期进一步推进我国造纸产业的绿色建造与碳减排,助力“双碳”战略目标的实现。Under the guidance of the"double carbon"policy,optimizing the energy structure,improving the level of production technology,and reducing carbon emissions have become the inevitable choice for the survival and development of the industry.At present,the paper industry has gradually changed to green manufacturing,low-carbon environmental protection development mode.Based on this,the paper briefly describes the status quo and existing difficulties of green development of the paper industry under the background of“dual carbon”,analyzes the importance of vigorously promoting green construction and energy saving and emission reduction of the paper industry,and puts forward effective strategies for green construction and energy saving and emission reduction of the paper industry under the background of"dual carbon".It is mainly to improve the green construction standard system,strengthen infrastructure construction,accelerate the research and development of energy-saving and low-carbon technology,and promote the formation of green development support system,so as to further promote the green construction and carbon emission reduction of China's paper industry,and help the realization of the"double carbon"strategic goal.
