依托数字经济提升造纸产业现代化水平的研究

摘　　要：造纸产业是国民经济的重要基础原材料产业,推进造纸产业现代化,对保障国计民生、促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。当前,造纸产业现代化发展面临着资源环境约束趋紧、产业结构不优、自主创新能力不强等挑战。以数字经济为动力,推动数字技术与造纸产业深度融合,是破解当前制约、实现高质量发展的必由之路。基于此,分析了造纸产业现代化发展的重要性和面临的挑战,提出了以数字化设计、智能化生产、网络化协同、平台化管理为主要路径,依托数字经济推进造纸产业现代化的思路和举措,以期为加快构建纸业强国、制造强国提供决策参考。The paper industry is an important basic raw material industry of the national economy.Promoting the modernization of the paper industry is of great significance for safeguarding the national economy and people's livelihood and promoting economic and social development.At present,the modernization development of the paper industry is facing challenges such as tight resource and environmental constraints,poor industrial structure,and weak independent innovation ability.Taking the digital economy as the driving force and promoting the deep integration of digital technology and the paper industry is the only way to break the current constraints and achieve high-quality development.This paper analyzes the importance of the modernization of the paper industry and the challenges it faces,and puts forward ideas and measures to promote the modernization of the paper industry based on digital design,intelligent production,network collaboration and platform management as the main path,and provides decision-making reference for accelerating the construction of a powerful paper industry and manufacturing country.
