摘 要:为了降低管道自身在输送油气时的能耗,提高管道本体的能源输送效率,通过利用数值计算和仿真软件等方式,对不同工况下的输油管道所需能耗进行计算,发现影响管道能耗的主要因素为管道输量,且经过多种比对发现该管道的流量在1000~1600 m^(3)/h时总能耗较低,当其管道月输量为100×10^(4)t时,其生产综合单耗最低。研究结果表明,当该条管道运输方案的月输油任务为100×10^(4)t、流量为1500 m^(3)/h时,管道的能耗达到最优,并将此结果与调度方案、现场操作及管道运行计划等有机融合,指导后期的运行优化,实现节能降耗工作。虽然该研究结果为根据该管道特点进行分析,但其运行优化方式具有普遍性,可为其他类似管道提供参考依据。In order to reduce the energy consumption of the pipeline itself during the transportation of oil and gas,and improve the energy transmission efficiency of the pipeline itself,the required energy consumption of the oil pipeline under different working conditions is calculated by using numerical calculation and simulation software.The results show that the main influencing factor on pipeline energy consumption is pipeline throughput,and after multiple comparisons,it is found that the total energy consumption of the pipeline is lower when the throughput is between 1000 and 1600 m^(3)/h.When the monthly pipeline throughput is 100×10^(4)t,the production comprehensive unit consumption is the lowest.The research results indicate that the optimal energy consumption of the pipeline is achieved when the monthly oil transportation schedule is 100×10^(4)t,and the throughput is 1500 m^(3)/h.The results are combined with scheduling plans,on-site operations,and pipeline operation plans to guide later operation optimization to better achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.Although the research results are analyzed based on the characteristics of the pipeline,its operational optimization method is universal and can provide a reference for other similar pipelines.
