摘 要:磁翻板液位计、差压式液位计在天然气三甘醇脱水系统的应用过程中,受到工艺环境、安装方式、运行操作等因素影响,多次出现液位计进油、液位计跳变、同位液位计数值变化大等现象,严重影响系统的稳定控制。通过建立模型对液位计失真问题进行深度剖析,并提出了一系列优化措施:创新改造液位计低压引入点,解决进油问题;基于U型弯原理,实现闭式投用差压液位计;设计高位冷凝弯,消除高温蒸汽偏差来源。某海上天然气平台三甘醇脱水系统改造运行实践表明,优化后的磁翻板和差压式液位计运行情况良好,液位计偏差幅度由32.63%下降至1.68%,故障现象大幅降低,运行及维修成本显著降低,同时解决了差压式液位计在高压系统中排液、排气难的普遍问题。该类研究为石油化工行业类似液位计的改造提供了有效参考。During the application of magnetic flap level gauge and differential pressure level gauge in the natural gas triethylene glycol dehydration system,affected by the process environment,installation mode,operation,and other factors,there have been many phenomena such as oil inlet of the level gauge,level gauge jump,and large deviation of the value of the level gauge at the same level,which seriously affect the stable control of the system.Through the establishment of a model,the distortion of the level gauge is deeply analyzed,and a series of optimization measures are proposed:the low-pressure inlet point of the level gauge is innovated and reformed to solve the problem of oil inlet.Based on U-bend principle,the closed operation of differential pressure level gauge is realized.The high condensation bend is designed to eliminate the source of high-temperature steam deviation.The transformation and operation practice of the triethylene glycol dehydration system of an offshore natural gas platform shows that the optimized magnetic flap and differential pressure level gauge operate well,the deviation range of the level gauge is reduced from 32.63%to 1.68%,the failure phenomenon is significantly reduced,and the operation and maintenance costs are significantly reduced.At the same time,the common problem of difficult drainage and exhaust of differential pressure level gauge in the high-pressure system is solved.This research provides an effective reference for the transformation of similar level gauges in the petrochemical industry.
