某湖泊黑臭水体形成原因分析及其治理工程设计

摘　　要：大庆油田某湖泊为城市内陆湖泊,周围商业污水和生活污水排入该湖泊,使该湖泊水体黑臭,影响城市形象和周围居民的日常生活,因此,需要有效的技术手段改善该湖泊水体黑臭问题。以该湖泊作为研究对象,分析目前湖泊的自然社会环境及水域功能,明确湖泊底泥地质构成情况,研究湖泊水环境质量,确定该湖泊为轻度黑臭水体。该湖水已无新鲜水体补充,无法通过内部生态系统实现自净;同时生活污水未能有效地截污纳管是造成水体黑臭的主要污染原因。困此,针对性地制定截污、湖水外排、干法清淤、应急补水和初雨净化5方面工程内容的水环境综合治理方案,应用该方案进行治理可削减污染物负荷,消除水体黑臭,且不会出现反复,可恢复该湖的景观功能,满足国家关于黑臭水体治理的四项指标要求。A lake in Daqing Oilfield is an urban inland lake.The surrounding commercial and domestic wastewater is discharged into the lake,which makes the water body of the lake black-colored and odorous.Urban black and odorous water bodies affect the city's image and the daily lives of surrounding residents.Therefore,effective technical methods are needed to improve the black-colored and odorous water body problem of the lake.Taking the lake as the research object,the current natural and social environment and water function of the lake are analyzed,the geological composition of the lake sediment is clarified,the water environment quality of the lake is studied,and it is determined that the lake is a mild black and odorous water body.It is determined that the lack of freshwater replenishment in the lake and the inability to achieve self-purification through the internal ecosystem,as well as the ineffective interception and drainage of domestic sewage are the main causes of pollution that lead to black and odorous water bodies.A comprehensive water environment management plan is developed including five aspects of engineering content:interception of pollutants,discharge of lake water,dry dredging,emergency water replenishment,and initial rain purification.The application of this plan can reduce the load of pollutants,eliminate black and odorous water body,prevent recurrence,and restore the landscape function of the lake,meeting the four national indicators for black and odorous water body management.
