摘  要:氧瓶燃烧法是目前检测油田化学剂有机氯含量最为经济、高效的方法。深入分析氧瓶燃烧法检测油田化学剂有机氯过程中的多项影响因素,特别指出滴定分析中的终点判定和样品燃烧不完全对检测准确性具有显著影响。为提升检测精密度,提出了一系列有针对性的质量控制措施,包括选择合适的滴定方法,调节溶液pH值在6.5~8.0范围内,确定并统一指示剂浓度及加入量,利用空白实验消除颜色干扰,滴定时充分摇匀以释放被吸附的Cl^(-),通过颜色对比辅助判定终点,以及检查氧燃烧瓶气密性,确保通氧量充足,根据化学剂性质选取适宜的称样量等。通过对25类油田化学剂在采取质量控制措施前后的总氯含量进行平行测定,结果显示绝对偏差平均降低52.2%,证明了所提质量控制措施的有效性。该研究不仅提高了氧瓶燃烧法的检测精密度,还有助于准确地监控油田化学剂中有机氯含量,防止因原油中有机氯超标导致的质量纠纷和安全事故,具有显著的经济效益和实用价值。The oxygen flask combustion method is currently the most economical and efficient method for detecting organochlorine content in oilfield chemicals.This study delves into the key factors affecting the accuracy of this method,namely endpoint determination in titration analysis and incomplete sample combustion,and proposes targeted quality control measures.These measures include selecting appropriate titration methods,adjusting the pH value of the solution to the range of 6.5-8.0,determining and unifying the concentration and dosage of the indicator,using blank experiments to eliminate color interference,shaking well during titration to release adsorbed chloride ions,assisting in determining the endpoint through color comparison,checking the airtightness of the oxygen flask,ensuring sufficient oxygen flow,and selecting appropriate sample sizes based on the properties of the chemical agent.By conducting parallel measurements of the total chlorine content of 25 types of oilfield chemicals before and after implementing quality control measures,the results showed an average reduction of 52.2%in absolute deviation,demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed quality control measures.This study not only improves the detection precision of the oxygen flask combustion method,but also helps to more accurately monitor the organochlorine content in oilfield chemicals,prevent quality disputes and safety accidents caused by excessive organochlorine in crude oil,and has significant economic benefits and practical value.
